With a soft-coding architecture, rollout and implementation is exceptionally fast. English language commands are automatically converted into machine learning, effectively transforming any user into a hard-coding expert. MANAGEMENT
Our Quotation Module was specifically designed to support any sales, distribution and marketing strategy, whether direct-to-customer, via a broker or intermediary, or a combination of both. The process is also fully customisable to suit customer expectations, from digital and online experiences to consultative, advisory approaches.
We also recognise the Quotation process as a key opportunity in the broader health risk management strategy, with an automated Health Needs Assessment capability built into the system. The purchasing and onboarding process is designed as a natural continuation of the Quotation module. This ensure a seamless, uninterrupted and convenient user experience that serves as a powerful sales enabler.

PRE-AUTHORISATION & CLAIMS MANAGEMENT
We use Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to achieve a 100% automated, consistent and accurate pre-authorisation and claims process. To do this, the system applies more than 67 000 clinical, business and Client-specific rules and protocols to make authorisation and funding decisions in sub-seconds. This speed and accuracy directly impacts customer satisfaction, lowers IBNR, improves predictive modelling and greatly reduces fraud, waste and abuse.

Our self-service portals were specifically designed to empower customers and let them manage their cover quickly, easily and at their own convenience. The functionality is available as a Mobile App or online portal with strict security and privacy measures. After logging into their profile, customers have access to their full portfolio and can manage anything from claims submissions and pre-authorisation requests to downloading documents and updating important details.
